Shipping Policy

All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
All freight charges are calculated via weight and destination. You (the customer), will be able to view your choices and the amount charged for freight, at the checkout stage of your purchase.
Australian orders will be shipped via Australia post, standard or express, whichever box is ticked. If the customer would prefer a different form of postage then they must contact us via email to organise this.
Overseas orders will also be shipped via Australia post, or per customer’s requests (eg: Sea post, UPS), in which case an email with all details are required.
Shipment will only be to a street address unless via non postal services where they will be sent to your POBox.
Freight charges will be quoted up front before shipment is made.
Shipping dates and tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer upon dispatch.
Delivery time will be within 2 weeks of your order but please call/email us if you need your order urgently and if possible, we will accommodate your needs.
